Infrastructure maintenance fees, and graduate matriculation fees are already included in this cost. There is also an additional one-time $50 deposit that is paid in the first semester and then returned upon completion of the program.

Financial Assistance FAQ

Can I apply for federal loans to cover the costs of my MSFERM studies?

Yes, U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for a variety of loans. You can learn more from UConn’s Office of Student Financial Aid Services. You can learn more about loans specifically at http://financialaid.uconn.edu/index.php/Loans.

Can I apply for a loan if I am an international student?

It may be possible to apply for a loan if you have a U.S. co-signer. Please learn more about these Alternative Student Loans from UConn’s Office of Student Financial Aid Services.

Does the MSFERM Program offer any financial aid?

Yes, the MS in Financial and Enterprise Risk Management Program offers a limited number of financial awards to a select group of truly outstanding admitted students. In addition, we offer a limited number of work-study positions for the program to which students may apply. All students are also able to apply to other on-campus jobs while in the program. Non-matriculated students are not eligible for financial aid. For financial aid information, go to www.financialaid.uconn.edu.
